Finally the most awaited wedding of the B-town took place yesterday (7 July, 2015). The chocolate boy Shahid Kapoor broke heart of millions of girls by tying the knot with Delhi based girl Mira Rajput. Started as a hush-hush matter at the time of engagement; the wedding was a grand affair with around 500 guests as per different news sources.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajpoot's wedding was a series of parties and celebrations at different destinations. The sangeet function was a complete dance treat with most of 'Shahid Kapoor numbers.' The couple also shook leg together.

The common thing in all the ceremonies was the ravishing look of the couple. With elegant and simple wedding wear, they both stole the show. For sangeet Meera donned a lemon yellow lehenga chole and Shahid wore red colored Nehru jacket with churidar and kurta. The wedding took place in complete Punjabi style at Mira's Chhatarpur farm house, while the reception was organized at the Oberoi Hotel in Gurgaon.
